Okay, Rick...you're IN!  Sergeant-At-Arms with a sub-classification in 
intelligence gathering (Tina...you have a platoon!)
About your insignia...since we are a decidedly non-violent group, how about 
crossed chile plants...a long-stemmed variety of some sort...rather than 
rifles?  If you're going to be a sniper in this group, you need to learn to 
covertly launch chiles rather than bullets ;^)  When we march in our parade, 
we're going to throw chiles rather than candy to all the little rug rates 
who will line the streets.
