Recently I was smoking some ribs over mesquite, and I thought, why not
toss on some whole habs that I had frozen?  So I did.

When the meat was done, the habs weren't completely dried out, so this
morning I put them in the toaster oven to sit warm for a while.  Ahh,
now the kitchen has the lovely hab-mesquite smell, like a nice bbq
sauce.





Damn, those look tasty.

Maybe the ones furthest in from the Habs would be tolerable to my
moderate palate.  ;-)
