I was at Le Gourmet Chef yesterday. I was just looking around when I came upon their hot sauce shelf. Always looking for a sauce with a different chile in it, I came upon CaJohn's Jolokia. Interested, I picked up the bottle and looked at the ingredient list - just the beginning said Fatali Peppers, Red Savina Habaneros, Orange Habaneros and way down the list was Jolokia powder, cayenne, and a few other chiles. I grabbed it. Tonight, in my homemade Indian cuisine, I drizzled on a few drops. Mmmmm.....warm...tingly....I added a few more drops and....HOT! So good. Even Steve drizzled some on his without tasting it first. I told him to be careful as it has several of the hottest chiles in it. He did. He put on a few drops and that was it. He had no complaints.
