Sandy and others who have asked if I plan to sell any of the imitation Calvin's Powder. Sorry to say, but I am not interested in selling any. I would be happy to give you some though until someone starts selling it. Send me your mailing address and I'll send you a baggie. Note that I have very little of the Wild Tepin left until my plants start producing in the fall, so I may have to substitute for it. But as I said, it should not be very noticeable. Also, on a heat scale of 1-10, this comes in at about a 5 (which is probably why the "moderates" like it). I could probably kick it up to about an 8 without too big a hit on the flavor. So let me know your heat desire. Anyone want to sell this? I think that this is an untapped market. Feel free to use any of the recipes I've posted. The curry flavored one is awesome. Let me know if I can help.
