There was a fiery cornbread-eating contest but I was too smart for that stuff, though I wonder how many slices the winner ate.  CaJohn said it had bhut jolokia; it had a nice first flavor and a strong bite and a serious sustain, longer than habs or fatalis.  It was also very crumbly so it was difficult to keep a slice in one piece.  

I'm glad I ate only one slice!  Later, I found myself sitting on the throne at 3:45 AM, thinking, This is unusual.  
 
I got the event t-shirt and hot sauce with matching label, the sauce has bhut as the first ingredient.  WooHoo
