Jim, thank YOU for those 20 years and the mark you have made on the C-H world!  Aside from all the years of Open Fields and all the initiatives you've participated in, and how that has brought attention through the WWW and television, your product design always broke new ground.  It has been amusing because you've been catering to people who want more heat than you, so you've occasionally said things to the effect of, I make the stuff but I don't use it much."
