I used Jim C's apple smoked hab powder in some elk summer sausage
from a critter I took last season. This is some seriously good
stuff. The hab powder really enhances the flavor of the elk meat,
without being overpowering. Well, overpowering for me, that is.
It's amazing how few people mooch from me a second time :)

Mmmm, munching a big slice right now and washing it down with
Pilsner Urquell, life is good sometimes...
