Cameron's dough seems to be almost perfect from what I have 
understood. Just a comment...

Replacing some of the water with beer is said to make the crust 
crispier, which some may prefer. I have not verified this myself, but 
it was used my one of Sweden's most famous (actually the very first) 
pizzerias back in the 70s.
