Asian celery.  A close cousin fo Swiss Chard.  Maybe the same, even,
except we tend to simmer the leaves of garden-grown chard like greens and
we use store-bought bok choy stems as a crunchy in stir fry.

Hey?  I posted up about Jim Campbell's chile field on Saturday.  Did it
