Hi Deb and all:
What I used in my Sauce was Popular brand Sweet
Chocolate. I got some(8, 9oz bars) At Ma Tierra San Antonio last year.
FWIW its a Gritty Chocolate not really suitable for eating but great as
a hot chocolate drink..
Ingredientds listed are Cane Sugar Chocolate Liquor and Cinnamon..
Made in Monterrey Mexico since 1912.
Details are below..

Fabrica de Chocolates La Popular
S.A. de C.V
Arramberri.112 Ote, Monterrey, N.L., Mexico
P.O. Box 343 C.P.64000
Tel ; (011528) 342-04-42 /344-73-18
Fax; (011528) 342-01-43
The only reason it lasted this long was the fact that my kids tried
eating it and spat it out, It makes a nice hot chocolate drink but they
still think its easier to get some powdered Nesquick or what ever rather
than stirring it with a Mollinillo.. (well really a whisk)..

Victor does have a website and its
