And how about a recipe for Green Tomato preserves?? Just finished picking (sigh) all of my peppers and tomatoes tonight, with a hard freeze (26 degrees) predicted. I have a whole garage full of tomatoes (46 plants) and the peppers are too many to count (130 plants). TIA, Robert.
