Hi
Checked out all the recommended pages and I think what I have IS the 
Western Spotted Cucumber Beatle. Looks just like it anyway! Funny tho
the temperature here has dropped from nearly 100 (which was when they
were very active) down to 80's for the past 3 days, and now they seem
to be gone. Hopefully they didn't leave behind thier young'uns to feed
on the roots over the winter! Thanx to everybody who responded :)
