He wrote a book called 'Curious Cook' about 15 years ago. Had a copy, lost
it, want another. If this women addresses things like grey guacamole and
pits( cover in plastic wrap), microwave pasteurization of egg yolks ( can be
done, 10 secs at a time, stirring, for a minute or so),  frozen/defrosted
egg yolks for mayo ( 1 yolk will emulsify 1 qt of oil), 'searing' myths (no
such thing v'a'v sealing in juices) and the easy way to make gravy (dump all
ingredients in a pan and stir while heating) she's a plagiarist.
