Not in these parts!  Ristra drying (air drying) generally won't work in
these more humid climes.  Even in New Mex (10% relative humidity) you'll
still get pods that will have molded first.

Harold, yes- you can dry them in the oven.  Chop them up, spread them
out in a thin layer on a cookie sheet, set the oven to NO HOTTER than
165 F, and walk away.  Check back in about 14 hours.
