At the end of the season, I take left over Red Savinas, pack in Mason jars,
fill  with Brandy. Let them set for about 6 weeks. Puree and freeze the ones I
didn't brandyize in small ice cube trays. Bag them and use for candy making.
I make a killer chocolate covered Brandy pepper at Christmas.
