Hello all, Just in case anyone's interested, I just finished a batch of chili powder, jerk seasoning, and my new cajun blackening rub for distribution at Open Fields next weekend. Anyone else planning on being there? I'd also like to say "Buy a poster, support the cause!" Jim puts a lot of his own money into this event and every cent he can bring in to offset his costs is a good thing! Not to mention I think it turned out pretty good this year. Hey Scott!
