Re: [CH] OT - GMail Invitations

So far my offer of GMail address has been a success.

Ben, Jeremy, Diana, Hilliard and Kris have taken the bait. I still have
(umm... one, two, more, many, lots) lots of them available (by virtue of
two main addresses and a sock-puppet address). Requests are still being
taken at <r.crowe@iglou.com>, but this time it'd make it a bit easier
for me to process the requests if the email address that you want the
invitation sent to was contained in the body of the message. Also the
GMail invitation form requires both a first (given) and last (surname).
I don't really care what data you provide for those two pieces of
information (like anybody that has received an invitation from Sleepy
Dwarf <sleepy.dwarf@gmail.com> really believes that my name is Sleepy
Dwarf) but please put something about that in the body of the email.

Once again, I am a "Digest Subscriber", so don't respond to the list
use <r.crowe@iglou.com> for any new or missed requests.

I think that I have cleared any backlog on my <r.crowe@iglou.com>
address and have tried to send confirmation emails to those that
requested an invitation.

I'd like to add a caveat. Sometimes the GMail invitations get caught by
spam filters, so if you've requested an invitation and it hasn't shown
up by 2004/10/02 feel free to request another one from me at my
secondary address <r.crowe@iglou.com>. I'll try to get to them as soon
as I can, but expect from two days to a week turn-around time.

I'd also like to single out Diana (WindChime) who, ever so kindly,
offered to send me a few piri-piri chiles. I'll gladly accept chiles,
chile seeds (hotter than average Anaheims, pequins and Savinas are
preferred), single-malt whisky (hey, I'm just grasping at straws here).

   Best regards,
      Rob
