I've rather liked the > "green" flavor and they always seem to have more heat than jalapenos. really??? Maybe it's because I'm so turned off by the green bean taste, (don't like those either btw), but maybe the Jals we're growing are just hotter than the serranos? dunno... but Yeah, tossing a pinch or two of Red Sav powder in there wouldn't hurt, in fact... dust a little on the top of the souffle... it'll give a pretty colour to the top. Don't go crazy though, that hab powder can create some wicked heat. :) CH# Unsassigned, Mata Habi of the Moderate Corps Tina Brooks VP Marketing, Peppermaster(TM) Hot Sauces http://www.peppermaster.com Brooks Pepperfire Foods Inc. http://www.pepperfire.ca Phone: (514) 393-3430 26 St. Jean Baptiste, East Rigaud, Quebec, Canada J0P 1P0 Network with me on http://www.gourmetbusinessforum.com/ "Many persons have a wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness.
