I love sardines.  I use regular packed-in-oil sardines, on a cracker
with Franks Red Hot sauce (remember, I'm sort of a moderate!) and a
squeeze of fresh lemon juice!  Yum....that's how MY dad used to eat
them.  I wish he was around too.
