Sorry to drift off topic, but can I ask how you make the blue cheese butter? I made butter for the first time recently (http://www.cookingforengineers.com/ had a great post about it). It was fun, but I'm wondering what to do now that I can make butter. My 5 year old was psyched to have bread with butter that he made.
