A food processor should be able to blend pureed habs (or anything else) into still frozen ice cream/sorbet, if ice cream is not very, very solid. Try it. The worst that will happen, if it gets too soft to nicely re-freeze, is you'll have to eat all your test batch right away. --- Brent
