How about a picture of a monk holding a moderate pepper and the caption:
"moderation in moderation" Monk has to have a hood on. Celibate or
not, I
think all monks wear hoodies.

Supposin' we just use an already established, time honored, and
wonderful symbol of quality and goodness, and just tweek it with a C-H
touch by pasting in a pepper or two. This has long been one of my
favorite other indulgences besides chiles and golf, and just happens to
almost tie-in here...
