Actually, it was originally set up so that 'reply' went to the list, but
there were so many instances of 'sorry, I meant to reply only to sender'
messages to list that finally list owner had to change it to current
configuration.
For my mailer, "r all <enter>" vs. just "r <enter>" is all it takes to
reply to entire list instead of just to sender. Sure, sometimes I neglect
to enter that 'all' when I'd intended so then have to resend to entire
list, but this is so minor an inconvenience I still consider current
configuration desirable.
