You're right, Brent, in that ReplyAll goes to the list but...it also goes to the send thus people are receiving duplicates of the message in their Inbox. That was the starting point of this whole thread. So, unless people remember to delete the individual's name or delete the entire "To" line and insert Chileheads, we're back at the beginning of the discussion ;^) SandyO CH #1146
